Women's ministries

g.r.o.w. (God renewing our women)

Women's Ministries at Faith Reformed Church provide a variety of activities and events

throughout the course of the year.  From seasonal Bible studies to a fun, formal

Christmas Tea to a challenging 2 day retreat, every activity is designed to lift

and encourage every woman who participates and strengthen her for the

life to which God has called her.

Here are our Bible / Small Group Studies being offered beginning in January

We are excited to gather with you!

We believe gathering is the spark to fuel discipleship in our city. We are hosting for our sixth year. And we can't wait to gather again because we know women and teen girls need space to come before God. We have a desire for authentic, deep connections with other women. So come as you are. Come to listen, share, and connect. Come experience God with us. We will be meeting in the Intersection Building on the Campus of Faith Reformed Church. This is located on the corner of Garfield Road and E. Front Street. A banner will mark the entrance. Parking is available around the building.

What to bring: We encourage you to bring a Bible and notebook to take notes.

Financial Assistance is available. We don't want you to miss out.

Please email TrishaN@frctc.org for  a scholarship.

1 Peter (Beginning Monday, 1/13)

Our inheritance through Christ is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. In 1 Peter, a man of faith and flaws and eyewitness to the life of Christ challenges us to look beyond our current circumstances to a future inheritance. He shares his concerns on big picture issues for the early church, describes believers' true identity in Christ, and ultimately helps readers discover what it means to experience the Living Hope they have in Christ.

This Monday study meets from 11:15am - 1:00pm in the Family Life Center.  For a video tralier describing the material CLICK HERE

Gospel of Mark (Begins Wednesday, 1/15)

A DVD-driven study following Jesus through His early ministry to the cross. Throughout his account, Mark unveils a Jesus of unparalleled power and authority but also a Jesus of humility and love. And while this Jesus invites each of us into a greater story through His teachings, He demands we come as active participants. We must acknowledge Him, seek salvation in Him, and follow Him wherever He leads.

In The Gospel of Mark, you'll follow Jesus through His days of early ministry to the cross and discover what it means to be the recipients of His overflowing compassion and the very reason for His all-consuming passion.

This Wednesday evening series begins at 6:00pm each week.  For a video trailer describing the material CLICK HERE.

Philippians (Begins Thursday, 1/16)

Jesus invites us to follow him through a life of sacrifice. But does sacrificial living mean the Christian life should be riddled with sorrow? Paul answers that question in his letter to the Philippians with a resounding no. Paul, and the Philippians with him, lived joyfully in the midst of persecution, prison, and poverty.

Jo Saxton takes us through this eight-session series on Philippians to encourage us to follow Jesus no matter what life throws at us. Through Paul's words and example, learn how joy and sacrifice can go hand-in-hand.

This Thursday morning study begins runs from 9:30am - 11:30 am.  Childcare is provided for this study.  For a promotional trailer describing the material CLICK HERE.
