Trisha Novak serves as the Office Administrator at Faith Reformed Church, where she supports the staff, congregation, and ministries through her expertise in communication and administration. With a heart of service, Trisha oversees the day-to-day operations of the church and plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the various ministries that meet here.

A longtime member of Faith Reformed Church, Trisha has been attending since childhood and met her husband through a Bible study at the church after college. Her deep connection to the church community is matched by her professional experience. Trisha holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and has worked extensively as a social worker in multiple sectors of the child welfare system. In addition to her administrative role at the church, Trisha runs her own private practice, where she provides mental health therapy to individuals.

Outside of her work, Trisha enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, listening to podcasts, and taking peaceful walks in the woods.

Trisha is known for her kindness, faithfulness, and dedication, making her a valued and trusted member of the Faith Reformed Church family.
